Get the most out of your underwear
Pre-wash

Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

A peaceful sleep!

Tl;dr amazing pants that made me sleep soundly without worrying, full coverage and super comfy materials.

I usually wear reusable sanitary towels and wake frequently throughout the night to rejig it or worry that it's going to move and there will be a leak on the bedsheet. I was skeptical that these would hold it all or that they'd not move, boy was I wrong!

I purposefully got the boyshorts for full coverage and was so happy when I put them on, they're long enough to cover my thigh chub so they don't roll up constantly and are very comfy! The waistband is thinner than the other types I bought (puma active boxers) but it wasn't uncomfortable and didn't dig in.

I slept right through until the morning without waking to worry about bleeding on the bed for the first time is a hell of a long time! (I also stayed in them for 1-2 hours whilst I got ready as I was confident in their ability at this point).

Went to the loo in the morning and there was barely any blood visible on the gusset, which was nice tod we as it always kinda sat on my pads..

The only thing I would say is the area where the padding meets the normal part of the pants on your bum (near the waistband) feels tight, like it's pulling, but I can't think of another way this can be resolved due to having to sew it together.. just feels funny and means you can't pull them up really high.

I will be stocking up on some more of these on payday!

So thankful, and I feel happy knowing I'm not contributing to landfill…

Great

The shorts are super soft and comfy. It's a little bigger than usually, but it is not leaking. I feel pretty in them.

I have used it twice without any other precautions

- the first time it worked great

- the second time I had a really, really heavy flow. It was a tiny bit wet from the outside but my bed stayed 98% clean.

Amazingly soft

These are amazingly soft and absorbent! Minus one star because the rise was a bit awkward.. higher rise on these would be better. When worn with leggings the ends will roll up unless you adjust them each time you have to pull your pants up or down. I will absolutely be sleeping in these comfies during my heavy flow days!! Love them!

The absolute best!

I've tried several other brands offerings for on overnight boyshort and these are BY FAR my favorite. I love the fit, major bonus points for the color selection(!!!), excellent coverage and absorption and the WOOL gusset! Honestly, I've never found another pair of boyshorts that look cuter than these. Not something that is a dealbreaker for me with period underwear, but a very, very nice touch. I'm also beyond thrilled to find some period underwear that I can wear under light colored clothing(I'm light/fair skinned so the beige works well enough as a nude for me). And my goodness, I am so relived to find a period product that has a more breathable gusset. The wool makes a WORLD of difference. My nether regions feel so much better with the breathable wool layer. I've used Aisle and Thinx for years and both use a thick synthetic layer in the gusset and my body hates it. These are my new absolute favorite brand! I have had no leaks though I should mention that I prefer to use a menstrual disk in combination with period underwear on super heavy days. I ordered my usual size in underwear/bottoms and they seem to run pretty TTS. I am usually a medium or a 6 for reference. I agree with one of the other reviewers that the elastic is tight at first, but I also noticed that it eases up pretty quickly and hasn't bothered me at all.
