How to choose the right level of absorbency:
Light:
Absorbs up to 20ml - 4 tampons*
Ideal for light periods, spotting, or as a backup for a cup or tampon.
Moderate:
Absorbs up to 30ml - 6 tampons*
Perfect for moderate to heavy flow days.
Super:
Absorbs up to 50ml - 10 tampons*
Designed for heavy flow days and overnight use, providing maximum protection and peace of mind.
Caring for your Modibodi period underwear is easy and ensures they last longer. Follow these simple steps:
Rise: After use, rinse your Modibodi underwear in cold water until the water runs clear.
Wash: Machine wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C/86°F. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners or stain removers, as these can affect the absorbency of your underwear.
Dry: Air dry your underwear. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as high heat can damage the fabric and elastic.
