Good for: perspiration, smells, and everyday freshness.   

Features: a super-slim (1mm) lining that wicks moisture and controls odour to keep you fresh and dry.  

LIGHT - MODERATE

Good for: periods, incontinence, and everyday leaks   

Features: a slim (3mm) patented absorbent lining that can hold up to 30ml, or 4-6 tampons’ worth.  

SUPER

Good for: max protection, all day, all night.  

Features: a deceptively slim lining (6mm lining tapering to 3mm at each waistband) that can hold 50ml, or up to 10 tampons’ worth.  

The duration you can wear your period undies depends on your flow and the absorbency level you need. Start by checking the absorbency guide for each style to know how much they can hold. For example, our Maxi technology holds up to 10 tampons' worth, but on heavy flow days, you might need to change more often. It's always a good idea to carry a spare pair with you!

Taking care of your period undies is simple. After each wear, rinse them under cold water until the water runs clear. Then, place them in a wash bag and toss them into the washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle with detergent (avoid fabric softener).. Use a low spin setting, and once clean, hang them inside out to dry. Easy-peasy!

We recommend air drying your Modibodi period underwear to keep them in top shape. Tumble drying can affect the fabric’s absorbency and elasticity over time. Simply hang them up to dry or lay them flat on a clean surface. This helps maintain their leakproof technology and ensures they last longer.
