All returns made by customers based outside of the US will still need to be returned to our Australian warehouse at this time.

As a first-time customer, you can try one Modibodi garment for 60 days risk-free. If you don’t like how they function, we will happily give you your money back (minus the cost of shipping).The following items are excluded from this policy:

Applications to receive this refund via our US returns portal cannot be accepted at this time.

Returns Policy 

We are unable to accept returns on the following products: 

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (including previous seasonal colours purchased at a reduced price)

You may return all other unworn garments in original unopened packaging for a credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase 

The finer details: 

All US returns must be processed through our US returns portal, here.

Your return reason will dictate whether a refund or credit is provided.

    We will provide the shipping label with tracking for a flat rate of $9.50.

    Once the garments are received back at our US-based returns facility, we will process the refund/credit note/exchange within 7-10 business days. The refund will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order.

    You will need to arrange to post your item back to our Australian warehouse.

    Faulty Garments 

    We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a genuine fault with one of our products, please contact us. 

    If you have received a product that is deemed faulty, we will honour replacements on faulty pairs for up to 60 days post purchase date. This excludes items clearly labelled as not perfect at the time of purchase which cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced. 

    Email us at info@modibodi.com to notify us of a possible fault, including the below: 

    • An image or more of the issue (clear photos only, please) 
    • A clear description of the issue 
    • The product name and batch number (found on the inside of our pants) 

    If you have received an incorrect order or item: 

    If you receive an incorrect item or order, please contact info@modibodi.com with the following information: 

    • Your order number 
    • The item you ordered (style/colour/size) 
    • The item you received (style/colour/size) 

    Store Credit 

    • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash 
    • Store credit cannot be transferred between customers 
    • Store credits are applied to the account registered with Modibodi and used to place your order 

    Stockist Purchases 

    For products purchased via our official stockists, please contact the stockist directly for their return/exchange policy regarding your purchase.
