Important Update for U.S. Customers:

Please note that all Modibodi orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Depending on your order value and local regulations, customs duties and import taxes will be applied upon delivery by US Customs.

Modibodi is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information on potential import costs.

Should you reject paying for these fees/taxes and your goods are returned to us, we will refund you the goods minus the costs charged to us for shipping to your country, plus return shipping and any additional charges applied by the shipping carrier.

Wash your Modibodi before wearing them for the first time! This will prime the fabric’s Modifier Technology™ in the gusset. This initial wash ensures that the fabric’s pores are open and ready to absorb moisture effectively.

Rinse in cold water after use <30°. Do not soak, just rinse until the water runs clear. You can do this in the shower – we love this as it saves water and is super convenient.

Cold wash (now or later – though it’s best not to leave your Modibodi’s wet for too long). Washing them in a delicates bag is even better.

Ensure the product is entirely dry before wearing – this will ensure your underwear are fresh and ready to go. Hot Tip: Hold the fabric softener and avoid the dryer - this reduces the product’s function and can cause damage to the inner fabrics.
